Following a complete refurbishment, Düsseldorf now boasts the most modern youth hostel in Europe.

The hostel offers 96 sunny and stylish rooms, all with ensuite shower and toilet facilities.

The hostel is situated right on the Rhine, opposite the bustling Old Town, and within easy walking distance of many of the city's most popular sites.

With a distance of just 2 km from the main conference site at E.ON it is also very convenient for EYE participants.

The costs for the accommodation during the conference weekend are included in the conference fee, if you like to extend your stay further, it is 24.30 EUR per night in the four and six bedded rooms.

  • bedding will be provided by the hostel.
  • Towels will not be provided y the hostel. They could be borrowed for a fee of 2.50 Euro from the hostel.
  • Up to now the hostel is not equipped with WLAN. For a fee of 1.50 Euros per 30 minutes you can use PCs in the foyer which are connected to the internet.
  • The youth hostel disposes of a parking garage, the corresponding fee amounts to 5€ per day.
  • due to organisational causes no 2-bed rooms can be provided, only 4-bed rooms are available.
